About Dunrobin Gin
Dunrobin Gin is a Highland craft gin made in Golspie, in the Scottish Highlands. Lizzie and Boban created it to evoke the experience of forest and garden, using leaves and roots gathered around Dunrobin Castle, where the woodland meets the sea. It brings home in a bottle the feeling of standing in the garden after the rain, breathing it all in.
The recipe has a base of juniper, coriander seed and angelica root. Lemon, rose-scented pelargonium leaf and blackcurrant leaf add lighter tones, and a light touch of clove brings a hint of warmth, with spring water from the Big Burn. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle and sealed by hand in green wax.

What botanicals are in Dunrobin Gin?
Juniper, lemon, coriander, clove, blackcurrant, angelica root and rose-scented pelargonium leaf. The rose-scented pelargonium is grown in tubs in the castle’s formal garden and by the castle entrance, and the blackcurrant comes from the kitchen gardens.
How should I serve it?
Sip it over ice to open up the flavours. For a classic gin and tonic, use lots of ice, then squeeze a slice of lemon over the glass and drop it in.
How is it delivered?
Delivery is by tracked UK Royal Mail 48-hour service, and an adult must sign for the parcel on arrival. We do not deliver outside the UK at the moment. We will update this page and our social media as delivery options develop.
