Refund policy

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund. We will cover the cost of returning the damaged/incorrect item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Alcohol cannot be returned unless faulty. Opened or used bottles cannot be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, contact your bank first, then contact us at lizzie@dunrobindistillery.com.
