2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol in the UK. By ordering, you confirm you meet this legal requirement. We may request ID (upon order processing or delivery) or cancel orders if age cannot be verified.

3. Products

Product descriptions, images and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We may change or update products, prices or availability at any time.

4. Ordering & Payment

An order is accepted only when payment is successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is accepted and the order is processed. We may cancel any order (e.g., age verification failure, stock issues, incorrect pricing).

5. Shipping

• Delivery is currently UK delivery only (unless stated otherwise).

• Risk transfers to you once the parcel is delivered to your address.

6. Right to Cancel (Withdrawal)

Due to the nature of the product (alcohol), your statutory right to cancel the contract (withdrawal) is limited:

• You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

• Alcohol cannot be returned unless faulty.

7. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items only.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.

• Alcohol cannot be returned unless faulty. Opened or used bottles cannot be accepted.

• For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

• Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

8. Click & Collect

If offered, orders must be collected with valid photo ID confirming the purchaser is 18+.

9. Website Use

All content (text, images, branding, logos) is our property and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection law.

11. Liability & Governing Law

We are not liable for courier delays or events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
