1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the UK only.

2. Shipping Restrictions

Royal Mail limits alcohol shipments to 2 bottles per parcel. Larger orders will be split into multiple shipments.

3. Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates depend on the courier.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel may be left with a neighbour or taken to a local depot for collection. If the courier returns the parcel to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, you may be charged for re-shipping the order.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

We will investigate with the courier. Replacements or refunds will be issued after confirmation of loss.
