Inspired by the landscape, heritage and gardens of Dunrobin Castle, our signature Dunrobin Gin captures the distinctive character of Sutherland in every bottle.
Carefully crafted at Dunrobin Highland Distillery in Golspie, our gin brings together a balanced combination of juniper, coriander seed and angelica root, complemented by fresh notes of lemon, rose-scented pelargonium and blackcurrant leaf, with a delicate warmth from clove.
The rose-scented pelargonium and blackcurrant leaves are grown and harvested from the gardens of Dunrobin Castle, bringing a little of the Castle's natural beauty into every bottle.
Presented in our newly designed 70cl bottle, featuring a distinctive pictogram inspired by the rolling hills and coastline of Sutherland, each bottle comes in a matching premium gift tube.

How should I serve the gin?
Sip it over ice to open up the flavours. For a classic gin and tonic, use lots of ice, then squeeze a slice of lemon over the glass and drop it in.
How is it delivered?
Delivery is by tracked UK Royal Mail 48-hour service, and an adult must sign for the parcel on arrival. We do not deliver outside the UK at the moment. We will update this page and our social media as delivery options develop.
