Our Gin
On Scotland's North East coast, forest envelops a castle and meets the sea, spring water gathers in the hills and flows from the sphagnum moss coated hillside down to Golspie Burn. Lush and fragrant, the forest and castle garden meet. Gathering aromatic leaves and roots that reflect earthy and green scents, we shaped our gin to evoke the experience of forest and garden.
Here, in the north, seasons are strong. In summer, when the sun only briefly dips below the horizon, long days lead plants to surge with vitality and we replenish our botanical supplies. Through winter we continue making gin, while celebrating the season’s snow, ice, and Northern Lights.

Meet The Team
Lizzie and Boban live with their family in Golspie. They have treasured every step of the journey in creating Dunrobin Gin, from the recipe work to the day the still arrived to opening the doors of the pop up shop at the castle. Creating something of their own that represents their home has been a delight. Their vision is to now move on to starting their own whisky.
